International procedure specification for Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)

The ASD/AIA S3000L is a joint transatlantic specification development, where European and American industrial, aerospace and defence manufacturers and customers participate. The goal is to establish a global specification describing the LSA process, which is one of the most important processes to realize the requirements of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).

S3000L defines general requirements for:

  • Integrated Product Support
  • Configuration management
  • Analysis activities
  • Governing the performance of LSA during the life cycle of any (complex) technical system

S3000LD® is an in EU registered trademark owned by ASD – AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD-Europe; asd-europe.org).

S3000L is jointly produced by the following organizations, their members, and customers:
